  1. Model 500A250B -- 500-Watt, Solid-State Amplifier

    The Model 500A250B is a self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, completely solid state amplifier designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. Push-pull LDMOS circuitry is utilized in all high power stages in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

  2. Hybrid Power Amplifier Modules: 0.7-6 GHz BW

    AR has recently developed a line of hybrid power modules, or HPMs, to cover the 0.7 to 6 GHz frequency range.     CPI’s Beverly Microwave Division presents VSS3617 GaN solid state power amplifiers (SSPAs) operating in the S-band (2.7 – 2.9 GHz). These high efficiency, high power, compact amplifiers are easy to maintain, and are designed for use as air traffic control radar transmitters.

  4. 500 Watts CW Solid-State Amplifier: 500W1000B

    This solid-state amplifier covers the 80 MHz to 1000 MHz frequency range and uses push-pull circuitry in its higher power stages in order to lower distortion and improve stability. It’s particularly well suited for applications that require an amplifier with high gain and instantaneous bandwidth.

  5. Solid-State Power Amplifier For Wireless Broadband Network: KMS2010

    AR Modular RF has introduced a new solid-state power amplifier module for the wireless broadband network. Model KMS2010 (1.75 GHz - 1.85 GHz, 150 watts) is a 52 dBm linear power amplifier with a scaleable gain of 57 dB. It is designed to meet most communication protocols, including various types of OFDM.
