  1. 3000 Watt CW, 80 - 1000 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 3000W1000B

    The 3000W1000B self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 3000 watts of power. The device also utilizes push-pull circuitry in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

    Aethercomm Part Number SSPA 8.5-9.6-30-28V is a high power, X Band, Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 8.5 to 9.6 GHz. The saturated output power is 30 watts typical at 25ºC. Typical small signal gain is 50 dB. Noise Figure is 10 dB typical at 25ºC. Input VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. Output VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. This unit is equipped with Aethercomm's proprietary DC switching circuitry that enables and disables the DC-DC circuitry in 1000 nSec maximum.
