  1. Solid-State RF Amplifiers: 10 kHz To 250 MHz
    10/27/2009

The new "A" Series amplifiers, for example, are 25% -- 50% smaller than previous models, yet the new size does not mean a reduction in power. These newer, smaller models fit easily into a control room; and because of the new design, they are more efficient, using less energy than other amplifiers. The smaller, more efficient design also results in an increased performance to price ratio. In other words you get more for your money.

  2. X-Band Solid-State Power Amplifier: SSPA 8.5-9.6-30-28V
    12/20/2010
Aethercomm Part Number SSPA 8.5-9.6-30-28V is a high power, X Band, Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 8.5 to 9.6 GHz. The saturated output power is 30 watts typical at 25ºC. Typical small signal gain is 50 dB. Noise Figure is 10 dB typical at 25ºC. Input VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. Output VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. This unit is equipped with Aethercomm's proprietary DC switching circuitry that enables and disables the DC-DC circuitry in 1000 nSec maximum.
  3. 80 – 1000 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: 150W1000B
    5/25/2018

This 150W1000B is a self-contained solid-state amplifier covering the 80 MHz to 1000 MHz frequency range and features lowered distortion and improved stability through the use of push-pull circuitry. When used in conjunction with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier can provide 150 watts of RF power.

  4. 20 Watts CW, 0.8 to 18 GHz Hybrid Solid State and Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) Microwave Amplifier
    10/6/2005
The Model 20ST1G18A is a self contained, forced air cooled, broadband hybrid solid state and traveling wave tube (TWT) microwave amplifier designed for applications where wide instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and moderate power output are required. A reliable amplifier system provides a conservative 20 watts minimum at the amplifier output connector. Stated power specifications are at the fundamental frequency.
  5. 200 Watt, 2.45 GHz Solid-State LDMOS Power Amplifier Module
    5/11/2007

Manufactured by Ar Modular RF, model KMS2250 is a 2.45 GHz Solid-State LDMOS power amplifier module built for the ISM market. This 53dBm linear power amplifier has built-in output power control adjustable externally from 10 to 200 Watts. It also incorporates built-in gating/RF blanking and an RF monitoring port

  6. 2500 Watt CW, 10 kHz - 225 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 2500A225A
    1/25/2018

The 2500A225A self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 2500 Watts of power over the 10 kHz – 225 MHz frequency range. The amplifier is air-cooled using internal self-contained liquid cooling for high performance and reliability.
