Multipliers

The HAFM Series of active multipliers is available in models ranging from 18 to 140 GHz. A wide variety of multiplication factors from X2 up to X12 provide the customer with design flexibility for many applications. These multipliers can be cascaded to achieve higher order multiplication factors

The X 80 Multiplier from Microsemi has a 200 MHz Input, and 16 GHz Output. The multiplier is ideal for applications involving LO Sources for Converters, Frequency Synthesizers, Radar Systems, and Communication Systems.

The BXMF1033 by API Technologies is a Multiplied Phase Locked Oscillator that features multiple RF outputs, DC voltage regulation, low current consumption, automatic reference sensing, ultra-low -151 dBc/Hz phase noise, and more. This oscillator is fully customizable.

SAGE Millimeter offers the Model SFA-713863415-12SF-S1 active X4 frequency multiplier with output frequencies of 71 to 86 GHz for use in frequency extenders, source modules, and communication systems. Features include an input frequency of 17.75 to 21.50 GHz, a typical harmonic suppression of -20 dBc, and a nominal output power of +15 dBm.
