    This series of solid state amplifiers have been designed to cover the 1.0 GHz to 4.0 GHz frequency range in two bands (1 GHz to 2 GHz and 2 GHz to 4 GHz). Several models are available with 30W/17W, 30W/30W, 55W/17W, 55W/30W, 55W/55W, 100W/17W, 100W/55W, 100W/100W, 200W/100W, 200W/200W, 400W/100W, and 400W/200W P1dB levels.   3. 10000 Watt CW, 80 - 1000 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 10000W1000A

    The 10000W1000A self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 10000 watts of power. The device also utilizes push-pull circuitry in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

    The new PTS6900 Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) from TMD is a low band CW amplifier operating within the 2 to 6 GHz frequency range, with nominal output power of 150 W, and 55 dB of gain. Utilizing the latest advances in 0.25 µm GaN MMIC technology and low loss power combiners, this amplifier is ideally used for EW/ECM applications.

  6. 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz Solid State Amplifiers: AS0825 Series

    The AS0825 Series of solid state amplifiers operates in the 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz frequency range. A total of six different models in this series are available with 18W, 40W, 85W, 170W, 300W, and 500W P1dB levels.
