    This 150W1000B is a self-contained solid-state amplifier covering the 80 MHz to 1000 MHz frequency range and features lowered distortion and improved stability through the use of push-pull circuitry.   8. 2500 Watt CW, 10 kHz - 225 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 2500A225A

    The 2500A225A self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 2500 Watts of power over the 10 kHz – 225 MHz frequency range. The amplifier is air-cooled using internal self-contained liquid cooling for high performance and reliability.
