    AR’s 1000S1G4 is a solid-sate amplifier covering the 0.8 – 4.2 GHz frequency range. When used with a sweep generator, it provides a minimum of 1000 watts RF power. Like most of AR’s amplifiers, this model is ideal for applications that call for instantaneous bandwidth, high linearity, and high gain.

    Aethercomm Part Number SSPA 9.5-10.5-25 is a high power, X Band, Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 9.5 to 10.5 GHz. The P1dB at 25ºC is 20 watts typical. The saturated output power is 30 watts typical at 25ºC. Minimum small signal gain is 45 dB. Typical gain flatness is ±2.0 dB across the band. Noise Figure is 5.5 dB typical at 25ºC. Input VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. Output VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum.
