  1. 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz Solid State Amplifiers: AS0827 Series

    This series of solid state amplifiers contains five different models with 15W, 30W, 55W, 110W, and 230W P1dB levels. These amplifiers operate in the 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz frequency range and are ideal for communications, military/defense, high energy physics, EMC testing, and R&D applications.   2. 10000 Watt CW, 80 - 1000 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 10000W1000A

    The 10000W1000A self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 10000 watts of power. The device also utilizes push-pull circuitry in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

    This is a compact, high power amplifier module with stop frequencies from 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz ideal for broadband mobile jamming and band specific high power linear applications. It features high reliability and ruggedness, a small form factor along with a light weight, built in control, monitoring, and protection circuits, 50 ohm input/output impedance, a solid-state class AB linear design, and more. High power advanced GaN devices are used in order to achieve good power density, high efficiency, a wide dynamic range, and low distortions.

Both Class A and Class AB versions are available with output power levels up to 50 watts CW.

    Aethercomm Part Number SSPA 9.5-10.5-25 is a high power, X Band, Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 9.5 to 10.5 GHz. The P1dB at 25ºC is 20 watts typical. The saturated output power is 30 watts typical at 25ºC. Minimum small signal gain is 45 dB. Typical gain flatness is ±2.0 dB across the band. Noise Figure is 5.5 dB typical at 25ºC. Input VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. Output VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum.

    AR’s 1000S1G4 is a solid-sate amplifier covering the 0.8 – 4.2 GHz frequency range. When used with a sweep generator, it provides a minimum of 1000 watts RF power. Like most of AR’s amplifiers, this model is ideal for applications that call for instantaneous bandwidth, high linearity, and high gain.
