The new PTS6900 Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) from TMD is a low band CW amplifier operating within the 2 to 6 GHz frequency range, with nominal output power of 150 W, and 55 dB of gain. Utilizing the latest advances in 0.25 µm GaN MMIC technology and low loss power combiners, this amplifier is ideally used for EW/ECM applications.

  4. High-Performance Spatium® SSPA Technology
    6/16/2016

Qorvo offers high-power, ultra-broadband performance, and solid state reliability when using the new Spatium® technology. This patented Spatium® RF power combining technology provides a highly reliable, efficient alternative to traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs) for commercial and defense communications, radar, electronic warfare (EW), and other defense system applications.

  5. Ka-Band Doubler with 1W Multi-stage Amplifier: TGC4603-SM
    9/28/2015

The TGC4603-SM is a device comprised of a frequency doubler and a multi-stage amplifier designed for operation in the 13.5 – 16 GHz frequency range. This instrument is able to achieve more than 1 Watt of output power at only 3 dBm input power due to more than 70 dBc isolation between the input and doubled output frequency.

  6. Medium And High Power Amplifiers
    2/13/2010
The HMPA and HHPA Series of High Power Amplifiers cover the frequency range from 8 to 100 GHz. New models for 2010 include 28-32 GHz and 32-36 GHz units as well as several new designs in V-Band and W-Band. A wide variety of gain and bandwidth combinations are available to provide solutions for radar systems, communications systems and other applications. Variations of the amplifiers listed in the data sheet and totally new amplifier designs can also be provided, often without an NRE charge. Most models offer single bias operation with internal regulation and bias sequencing. MMIC technology is employed in every amplifier for high reliability and repeatability. The highest power units available make use of low loss waveguide power combiners.
  7. 3000 Watt CW, 80 - 1000 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 3000W1000B
    3/28/2016

The 3000W1000B self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 3000 watts of power. The device also utilizes push-pull circuitry in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

  8. 100 W GaN Amplifier And Doherty Transistor For Wireless Infrastructures
    5/16/2016

Qorvo offers the TGM2635-CP 100W GaN as an X-band, high power MMIC amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s GaN on SiC Process. Its package is a 10-lead bolt-down with a cure Cu base for superior thermal management. Both RF ports allow for simple system integration, making the amplifier ideally suited for both military and commercial x-band radar systems and data links.

  9. 2110 – 2170 MHz Linear Power Amplifier: SKY66184-11
