  1. Class AB Linear Amplifiers: Series BHE

    The new Series BHE Amplifiers from Comtech PST are arranged in a wide variety of configurations with operating frequency ranges from 20 to 1000 MHz. These AB linear amplifiers are designed to provide load VSWR protection by way of an electronic power output turndown system employing negative feedback techniques. The system is self-correcting as a function of load VSWR to infinity, at any phase angle with a typical response time of 60 µsec.

  2. 7.5 – 18 GHz TWT Amplifier: dB-3911

    The dB-3911 power-combined TWT Amplifier (TWTA) uses two wideband, periodic permanent magnet (PPM)-focused TWTs to amplify CW, AM, FM or pulse-modulated signals. Compared to a single TWT approach, the dB-3911 provides higher saturated output power and improved harmonic performance.

  4. High Gain, High Linearity Driver Amplifier: QPA9120

    Qorvo’s new QPA9120 is a high gain, high linearity driver amplifier able to operate over the 1.8 to 5.0 GHz frequency range. This amplifier features exceptional performance with 36 dBm output 3rd order intercept (OIP3) power and 22 dBm output 1dB compression (OP1dB) power while consuming less than 100 mA DC current with single 5V supply.

  6. 1-2 GHz Limiting Amplifier: SLA-020-60-25-SMA
