The AMP20071 is a high-performance, solid-state RF power amplifier designed for applications requiring broad frequency coverage and robust power output.

Ideal for EMI/RFI testing, laboratory environments, CW/pulse operations, and general communication use, the amplifier operates across a wide frequency range of 6.0 to 18.0 GHz. It delivers a minimum saturated power output of 200 watts, making it well-suited for high-demand RF environments.

Engineered with a Class A/AB linear design and advanced high-power technology, the AMP20071 ensures stable and reliable performance with high efficiency. Its minimum power gain is 53 dB, with a gain flatness of up to 5 dB peak-to-peak and a 20 dB gain adjustment range, providing consistent signal amplification and adaptability to different operating conditions.

The amplifier includes built-in protection circuits, including input power and load VSWR protection with automatic foldback to prevent damage. Optional digital monitoring and control systems enhance user oversight and system safety. Harmonics are suppressed to below -20 dBc and non-harmonic spurious signals to -60 dBc, ensuring signal integrity. Its two-tone intermodulation performance is rated at -30 dBc with 43 dBm per tone spacing.

Mechanically compact and rack-mountable, the AMP20071 is designed for efficient integration with local LCD interfaces and remote control capabilities.
