    Qorvo introduces the new QPM1002 GaN MMIC front-end module (FEM) designed specifically for X-band radar applications in the 8.5 – 10.5 GHz frequency range. Combining a T/R switch, low-noise amplifier, and a power amplifier, this device delivers a small signal gain of 33 dB, delivers 3 W of saturated power, and 25 dB of large signal gain.

  3. Front-End Module For Bluetooth® Smart/Bluetooth®: SKY66111-11 9/3/2015

    The SKY66111-11 is a highly integrated front-end module (FEM) from Skyworks operating in the 2.4 to 2.485 GHz frequency range. It features low power consumption of 10 mA at 10 dBm, Rx bypass and supply operation from 1.8 to 5 V, and comes in a 20-pin MCM 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm package.
