   The QPF4559 is an integrated front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The compact form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the application.

3. 2 - 18 GHz 10 Watt Transmit/Receive Module: QPF0219 6/7/2023

   QPF0219 is a multi-chip Front-End Module (FEM) designed for 2-18 GHz Wide-Band radar applications. The FEM integrates a T/R switch, a limiter, a low-noise amplifier and a power amplifier.

   Skyworks offers the SKY58277-11 Sky5 Front-End Module (FEM) for LTE and NR is a new addition to the Skyworks Sky5 portfolio of 5G technology products. The included 30-pad surface mount (SMT) module consists of PA blocks, input and output ports matched to 50 ohms, a MIPI standard digital control block, single-ended filter, antenna, and Tx-Rx switches, and a low noise amplifier (LNA).

   The SKY66121-11 is a 169 – 170 MHz transmit/receive (T/R) front-end module designed to provide a complete T/R train with T/R switches. Mounted in a 16-pin, 6 x 6mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) surface-mount technology package, this device provides a highly manufacturable low-cost solution for automated meter reading, advanced metering infrastructures, and ISM systems.
