   The SKY66121-11 is a 169 – 170 MHz transmit/receive (T/R) front-end module designed to provide a complete T/R train with T/R switches. Mounted in a 16-pin, 6 x 6mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) surface-mount technology package, this device provides a highly manufacturable low-cost solution for automated meter reading, advanced metering infrastructures, and ISM systems.

2. WiFi 6E High-Power WLAN Front-End Modules 12/21/2020

   The SKY85780-11 is a highly integrated, front-end module (FEM) incorporating a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a power amplifier (PA) for high-power WiFi 6E applications and systems.

3. 26 – 30 GHz, 1W GaN Front End Module: QPF4001 11/28/2018

   The QPF4001 from Qorvo is a multi-function GaN MMIC front-end module (FEM) ideally utilized for 28 GHz phased array 5G base stations and terminals. This device operates over the 26 to 30 GHz frequency range, and combines a low noise, high linearity LNA, a low insertion loss, high isolation TR switch, and a high gain, high efficiency multi-stage PA.

6. 8.5 – 10.5 GHz GaN T/R Module: QPM1002 9/17/2018

   Qorvo introduces the new QPM1002 GaN MMIC front-end module (FEM) designed specifically for X-band radar applications in the 8.5 – 10.5 GHz frequency range. Combining a T/R switch, low-noise amplifier, and a power amplifier, this device delivers a small signal gain of 33 dB, delivers 3 W of saturated power, and 25 dB of large signal gain.
