The RFFM4554 FEM features an integrated sing-pole double throw switch and low noise amplifier with bypass for 802.11a/n/ac applications. This allows for a reduction in the layout area, bill of materials, and cost of manufacturability in the application. With a unique pin structure, this FEM can add filtering to the ideal path for current Wi-Fi circuit applications. It is housed in a 2.3mm x 2.3mm x 0.45mm 16-pin QFN package.
The RFFM4527 and RFFM4227 LNAs are designed for Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac systems and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n systems, respectively. Performance is focused on a balance of low noise and gain that increases the receive sensitivity. Each model integrates a bypass path for a defined gain step, and is housed in a 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 0.5mm, 6-pin DFN package.
