Qorvo offers the QPB9325 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 3.6 – 3.8 GHz frequency range ideally suited for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, and macro or picocell base station applications. This LNA module integrates RF functional blocks such as a pin-diode based high power switch along with two LNA stages.
The QPB9325 provides 1.2 dB noise figure for operation in the receive mode, and 0.5 dB insertion loss for operation in the transit mode. It utilizes Qorvo’s high performance E-pHEMT process, while the pin-diode based switch supports up to 360 W peak power to be routed to an external load termination. The module is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 8 mm x 8 mm surface-mount leadless package.
