High-Power Switch LNA Module: QPB9325 Datasheet

The QPB9325 is a highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 3.6 – 3.8 GHz frequency range ideally suited for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, and macro or picocell base station applications. It provides 1.2 dB noise figure for operation in the receive mode, and 0.5 dB insertion loss for operation in the transit mode, and utilizes Qorvo’s high performance E-pHEMT process.
