5 GHz LNA With LAA Support Front-End Module: SKY5®-5501-11

Skyworks offers the SKY55501-11 as a highly integrated, 5 GHz front-end module (FEM) that supports simultaneous 5G WLAN and licensed assisted access (LAA) systems. It incorporates a 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass supporting 5G WLAN and LAA simultaneous RX reception, and a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch.
Features include a fully matched input and output, receive gain of 12.5 dB, receive bypass loss of 8.5 dB, and a nominal supply voltage of 3.7 V. The device is provided in a compact, 20-pin 1.7 x 2.1 mm package.
