   Qorvo offers the QPF4530 integrated front end module (FEM) for Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) systems. The QPF4530 integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single pole two throw switch (SP2T), bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. With a compact form factor and integrated matching, this module minimizes the layout area required for its application.

With a compact form factor and integrated matching, this module minimizes the layout area required for its application. It is ideally used for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, residential gateways, premise equipment, and Internet of Things applications.

7. 5 GHz LNA With LAA Support Front-End Module: SKY5®-5501-11 4/20/2020

   Skyworks offers the SKY55501-11 as a highly integrated, 5 GHz front-end module (FEM) that supports simultaneous 5G WLAN and licensed assisted access (LAA) systems. It incorporates a 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass supporting 5G WLAN and LAA simultaneous RX reception, and a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch.

8. Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module: QPB9318 3/17/2017

   Qorvo offers the new QPB9318 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 2.3 – 2.8 GHz frequency range for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO applications. This LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual-channel configuration.

   The SKY53746-11 is a diversity receive module and is scalable to support two CA MIMO regional and roaming band requirements. The SKY53746-11 is part of our Sky5 product portfolio. 

10. 5 GHz C-V2X /DSRC/Wi-Fi Front End Module For Automotive Applications: QPF1003Q 10/13/2020

    The QPF1003Q is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for multi-standard systems such as C-V2X, DSRC/11p, and Wi-Fi. The QPF1003Q integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), TX/RX Antenna switch and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The compact form factor and integrated matching ideally minimizes layout area in automotive applications.
