  1. 860 To 930 MHz RF Front-End Modules For High-Power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) Band Applications
    5/21/2018

Skyworks’ newest family of compact, high performance RF front-end modules (FEMs) is specifically designed for LPWAN – supporting LoRa®, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies – as well as high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range.  These new solutions deliver improved sensitivity and more than quadruple the operating range versus a standalone system-on-chip (SoC). They also occupy minimal board space and consume low power, making them ideal for IoT and industrial platforms including sensors, beacons, smartwatches, thermostats, wireless cameras, medical pendants and smoke and CO detectors.

  2. 3.3V, 2.4GHz Front End Module: RF6575
    8/9/2011
The RF6575 3.3V, 2.4GHz Front End Module integrates a complete solution in a single Front End Module (FEM) for WiFi and ZigBee® applications in the 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz band. This FEM integrates the PA plus harmonic filter in the transmit path. The RF6575 has an integrated LNA. Also, the RF6575 provides a single balanced TDD access for RX and TX paths along with two ports on the output for connecting a diversity solution or a test port.
  3. 860-930 MHz RF Front-End Modules For ISM Band Applications
    5/24/2016

The SE2435L and the SKY65378-11 are Skyworks’ high-powered and low-powered RF front-end modules (FEMs) designed specifically for industrial, scientific, medical (ISM) band applications with operation in the 860-930 MHz frequency range. These devices feature fully matched 50 W TX and RX inputs and antenna outputs, and RF blocks that operate over a 2.0-4.8 V range for use in a wide range of battery powered applications.

  4. 902-928 MHz RF Front-End Modules For ISM Band Applications
    1/31/2017

The SKY66101-11 RF and SE2435L are front-end modules (FEMs) designed specifically for industrial, scientific, medical (ISM) band applications with operation in the 902-928 MHz, or 860-930 MHz frequency range. These devices feature a fully matched 50 Ω input and output, and RF blocks that operate over a 2.0-4.8 V range for use in a wide range of battery powered applications.

  5. GPS Filter-LNA Front-End Module: ALM-1912
    12/2/2009
The Avago ALM-1912 is a GPS front-end module that combines a GPS FBAR filter with High-gain Low-noise amplifier (LNA). The LNA uses Avago's proprietary GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process to achieve high gain with very low noise figure and high linearity.
  6. RF5924 Front-End WLAN Module
    6/2/2006
The RF5924 from RFMD® is a full front-end module designed for such applications as embedded mobile phone wireless LAN, voice over WLAN (VoWLAN), mini-PCI express cards, and small form-factor client cards...
