3. High-Power Switch LNA Module: QPB9325 11/20/2017

   Qorvo offers the QPB9325 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 3.6 – 3.8 GHz frequency range ideally suited for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, and macro or picocell base station applications. This LNA module integrates RF functional blocks such as a pin-diode based high power switch along with two LNA stages.

4. Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module: QPB9378 8/17/2022

   The QPB9378 is a highly integrated RF front-end module targeted for 5G TDD base stations. The module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high-power SPDT switch in a dual-channel configuration.

   Qorvo offers the QPF4551 integrated front end module (FEM) for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. With a compact form factor and integrated matching, this module minimizes the layout area required for its application. 6. 5 GHz LNA With LAA Support Front-End Module: SKY5®-5501-11 4/20/2020

   Skyworks offers the SKY55501-11 as a highly integrated, 5 GHz front-end module (FEM) that supports simultaneous 5G WLAN and licensed assisted access (LAA) systems. It incorporates a 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass supporting 5G WLAN and LAA simultaneous RX reception, and a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch.

   The SKY53759-11 is a highly integrated LNA filter module that enables users to support new 5G New Radio (NR) bands in the 3.3 to 4.2 GHz frequency ranges.

   The SKY85334-11 and SKY85750-11 are 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz front-end modules (FEMs) respectively, and compliment Skyworks' expansive portfolio of FEMs designed for growing retail, carrier and enterprise Wi-Fi 6 applications. The modules offer high linearity, low power dissipation, and efficiency for access points, routers and gateways where regulatory, thermals or Power-over-Ethernet limitations demand low current consumption. These highly integrated FEMs incorporate switching, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass and power amplifier (PA) and are housed in a compact package.

   The RFFM8500Q is a 4.9GHz - 5.85GHz high-linearity Front End Module (FEM) integrated with a power amplifier (PA), a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch, an LNA and a power detector coupler to improve accuracy and meet RF front end needs for an IEEE 802.11 a/n WiFi system.
