  1. High-Linearity 2.5 GHz Front-End Modules (FEMs) 8/13/2015

    Qorvo presents a new series of high-linearity 2.5 GHz Front-End Modules (FEMs) built for automotive Wi-Fi applications, 802.11b/g/n, and Bluetooth® systems. These devices feature integrated b/g/n power amplifiers, directional power detectors, RX balun, and TX filtering. Each FEM contains an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching that greatly reduces the number of external components and layout area in the customer application.

  2. GNSS Low-Noise Amplifier Front-End Modules: SKY65933-11, SKY65943-11 8/24/2018

    Skyworks offer two new front-end modules (FEMs) for GNSS/GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass/QZSS radio receiver applications in the 1559 to 1606 MHz frequency range. The SKY65933-11 and the SKY65943-11 feature an integrated low noise amplifier (LNA), and a pre-filter and post-filter. Both devices use surface-mount technology (SMT) in the form of a 2.5 x 2.5 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package, which allows for a highly manufacturable and low-cost solution.

    The RFFM8500Q is a 4.9GHz - 5.85GHz high-linearity Front End Module (FEM) integrated with a power amplifier (PA), a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch, an LNA and a power detector coupler to improve accuracy and meet RF front end needs for an IEEE 802.11 a/n WiFi system.

    Skyworks offers the SKY65903-11 front-end module (FEM) with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) and pre- and post-filters that is ideal for GPS/GNSS/BDS receiver applications. The LNA uses surface-mount technology (SMT) in the form of a 2.5 x 2.5 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package, which allows for a highly manufacturable and low-cost module solution.

    The SKY66119-11 is a 460 MHz transmit/receive (T/R) front-end module designed to provide a complete T/R train with T/R switches. Mounted in a 28-pin, 6 x 6mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) surface-mount technology package, this device provides a highly manufacturable low-cost solution for automated meter reading, advanced metering infrastructure, ISM systems, and range extenders.
