At the 5.5 GHz frequency mark, this LNA typically provides 21.6dB gain, 45.5 dBm OIP3 at 56 nM bias setting, and 0.95 dB noise figure. Biasing is also possible from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts.
