  2. Ultra-Low-Noise Flat Gain LNA: QPL9503

    The QPL9503 from Qorvo is a flat-gain, high-linearity, ultra-low-noise amplifier (LNA) optimized for the 3.0 – 6.0 GHz frequency range. At the 5.5 GHz frequency mark, this LNA typically provides 21.6dB gain, 45.5 dBm OIP3 at 56 nM bias setting, and 0.95 dB noise figure. Biasing is also possible from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts.

    Qorvo offers the new QPB9318 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 2.3 – 2.7 GHz frequency range for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO applications. This LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual-channel configuration.

  4. 2 GHz Wi-Fi Medium Power Amplifier: QPA5219

    The QPA5219 is a three-stage power amplifier from Qorvo designed specifically for Wi-Fi applications, including those utilizing access points, wireless routers, and the Internet of Things. The amplifier’s performance is based on a balance of efficiency to linear power, which increases the range and throughput of connections.

  5. X-Band 10W Limiters

    The TGL2217 and TGL2217-SM are Qorvo’s new wideband GaAs VPIN limiters designed to protect sensitive receive channel components against high power incident signals. These limiters do not require DC bias, and are able to achieve low insertion loss in a small form factor, allowing for simple system integration with minimal impact on performance.

  7. X-Band 6-Bit Phase Shifters

    Qorvo offers 6-bit digital phase shifters that operate over the 8 to 12 GHz frequency range. These phase shifters provide 360° of phase coverage with a LSB of 5.625°, and are capable of achieving a low RMS phase error of 4° with 6 dB of insertion loss.

    Qorvo’s new TGA2307-SM is a GaN Power Amplifier able to operate over the 5.0 - 6.0 GHz frequency range. Fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.25um GaN on SiC process, this amplifier produces greater than 47 dBm of saturated output power with a power-added efficiency greater than 44%, and a large signal gain greater than 20 dB.

  9. Ka-Band Doubler with 1W Multi-stage Amplifier: TGC4603-SM

    The TGC4603-SM is a device comprised of a frequency doubler and a multi-stage amplifier designed for operation in the 13.5 – 16 GHz frequency range. This instrument is able to achieve more than 1 Watt of output power at only 3 dBm input power due to more than 70 dBc isolation between the input and doubled output frequency.

  10. Low-Band High-Power Limiter: TGL2210-SM

    Qorvo offers a new high-power receive protection circuit, or limiter, that is capable of withstanding up to 100 W incident power levels. This limiter operates in the 0.05 to 6 GHz frequency range, and permits less than 17 dBm flat leakage to pass through while contributing less than 0.7 dB in insertion loss.
