  1. Low Noise Amplifiers With High Linearity Offerings: MGA Series
    5/2/2011
Avago presents four low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) to extend the RF performance and diversity of its market-leading LNA portfolio. The new modules feature high linearity that improves an application’s ability to distinguish between desired signals and spurious signals received close together. The MGA-6x606 LNAs target WiFi and WiMAX data cards, handsets and other portable devices, while the two-stage MGA-13x16 LNAs target GSM, CDMA and W-CDMA cellular infrastructure applications such as base station radio cards.
  2. TMS Tactical/Airborne SATCOM Systems
    4/22/2015

Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) offers a wide range of RF modules specifically designed to meet demanding small size, weight, power and cost (SWaP-C) applications in the Land, Air and Marine markets. Using unique chip and wire capabilities TMS offers extremely rugged and reliable products suitable for the most demanding platforms.

  3. SPF-5344Z - Low-Noise, High-Linearity, High-Gain Amplifier
    1/6/2009
The SPF-5344Z is a high performance, two-stage pHEMT MMIC LNA that offers low noise figure and high linearity in a gain block configuration. Its single-supply operation and integrated matching networks make implementation remarkably simple. The off-chip interstage choke and DC block allow for optimum performance tuning.

    3/8/2013

NuWaves’ HILNA CX is part of their family of high-intercept-low-noise amplifiers. It covers the C-X band and delivers 35 dB gain across the band. It features a small size (1.2 cubic inches) and can be integrated into systems without regard to power supply precision because of its robust power supply.

  9. 4-8 GHz Low Noise Amplifier
    6/26/2013

This LNA features an ultra-low noise figure, a single supply voltage of +4.0 V @ 75 mA, and high gain broadband performance. It comes in a Pb-free RoHs compliant 3x3 QFN package and is ideal for applications involving test instrumentation, point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios, and military end-use.

  10. High-Linearity, Low-Noise Amplifiers
    6/6/2010
The Ciao Wireless High Linearity LNAs eclipse the industry accepted standard "10-dB separation rule" ("headroom") for Output ICP3 separation above the 1-dB Compression Point. Ciao Wireless' Ultra-High Linearity LNAs feature an extended headroom of typically 16 to 17 dB between the 1-dB Compression Point and Output 3rd Order ICP. Typical Output 3rd Order ICP values range up to +42dBm for Octave Band Models with an Output P1-dB Point of +22 to +25 dBm.
