Low Noise Amplifiers With High Linearity Offerings: MGA Series
Avago presents four low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) to extend the RF performance and diversity of its market-leading LNA portfolio. The new modules feature high linearity that improves an application’s ability to distinguish between desired signals and spurious signals received close together. The MGA-6x606 LNAs target WiFi and WiMAX data cards, handsets and other portable devices, while the two-stage MGA-13x16 LNAs target GSM, CDMA and W-CDMA cellular infrastructure applications such as base station radio cards.
TMS Tactical/Airborne SATCOM Systems
Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) offers a wide range of RF modules specifically designed to meet demanding small size, weight, power and cost (SWaP-C) applications in the Land, Air and Marine markets. Using unique chip and wire capabilities TMS offers extremely rugged and reliable products suitable for the most demanding platforms.
SPF-5344Z - Low-Noise, High-Linearity, High-Gain Amplifier
The SPF-5344Z is a high performance, two-stage pHEMT MMIC LNA that offers
low noise figure and high linearity in a gain block configuration. Its
single-supply operation and integrated matching networks make implementation remarkably simple. The off-chip interstage choke and DC block allow for optimum performance tuning.
Low Noise, Low Current Amplifier: SKY67015-396LF
This low noise amplifier (LNA) covers the 0.03 to 0.3 GHz frequency range and features low NF (0.8 dB @150 MHz), 18.5 dB @150MHz gain, a flexible supply voltage from 1.8 to 5.0V, improved NF and linearity, and an adjustable supply current for higher IIP3.
High Gain GPS Low Noise Amplifier With Integrated Pre & Post FBAR Filters: ALM-1812
The Avago ALM-1812 is a GPS front-end module that combines a low noise amplifier (LNA) with GPS FBAR Filters.
Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs)
NIC introduces its Wideband LNA designed for C Band, Radar and Satcom applications. This amplifier operates in the frequency range of 4 GHz – 5 GHz, providing high gain, low Noise Figure and is built in an extremely small package size of 1.2 x 0.9 x 0.4 in. Features:1) High Gain- 23dB typ; 2) Low Noise Figure- 0.9dB typ;3) Custom designs available
20 MHz to 8 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1031
Atlanta Micro’s AM1031 gain block amplifier features 13 dB gain, a 2.0dB noise figure, +30 dBm OIP3, +17 dBm P1dB, a +3.3V, 56 mA supply, and high stability. It covers the 20 MHz to 8 GHz frequency range and comes in a 3mm QFN package.
High Intercept Low Noise Amplifier: HILNA™ CX: 5 to 10 GHz, 32 dB Gain
NuWaves’ HILNA CX is part of their family of high-intercept-low-noise amplifiers. It covers the C-X band and delivers 35 dB gain across the band. It features a small size (1.2 cubic inches) and can be integrated into systems without regard to power supply precision because of its robust power supply.
4-8 GHz Low Noise Amplifier
This LNA features an ultra-low noise figure, a single supply voltage of +4.0 V @ 75 mA, and high gain broadband performance. It comes in a Pb-free RoHs compliant 3x3 QFN package and is ideal for applications involving test instrumentation, point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios, and military end-use.
High-Linearity, Low-Noise Amplifiers
The Ciao Wireless High Linearity LNAs eclipse the industry accepted standard "10-dB separation rule" ("headroom") for Output ICP3 separation above the 1-dB Compression Point. Ciao Wireless' Ultra-High Linearity LNAs feature an extended headroom of typically 16 to 17 dB between the 1-dB Compression Point and Output 3rd Order ICP. Typical Output 3rd Order ICP values range up to +42dBm for Octave Band Models with an Output P1-dB Point of +22 to +25 dBm.
