    CPI EDB manufactures a range of power coupler products to meet customer specifications with available power ranges from 5 kW to 1 MW and frequencies ranging from 175 MHz to 3.9 GHz. These power couplers are ideal for applications utilizing superconducting accelerators, free electron laser injectors, spallation neutron sources, energy recovery LINACs, X-Ray free electron lasers, and third harmonic cavities.

32. 160 MHz Bandpass Filter: QPQ4900 2/28/2022

    The QPQ4900 is an exceptionally high performance BAW Filter for sub-Band n79. This filter is housed in a compact 2.0 x 1.6 mm package for base station applications. Low insertion loss, coupled with high attenuation makes this filter an ideal choice for TDD Macro Cells and Small Cells.

34. X-Band 6-Bit Phase Shifters 12/10/2015

    Qorvo offers 6-bit digital phase shifters that operate over the 8 to 12 GHz frequency range. These phase shifters provide 360° of phase coverage with a LSB of 5.625°, and are capable of achieving a low RMS phase error of 4° with 6 dB of insertion loss.

36. 0.15 – 2.8 GHz, 50 W GaN SPDT Switch: QPC1005 4/3/2018

    Qorvo introduces the QPC1005 single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch operating within the 0.15 to 2.8 GHz frequency range for radar, land mobile radio, military communication, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and other general purpose applications. The switch typically supports 50 W input power handling at control voltages of 0/−40 V for both CW and pulsed RF operations.

37. MIL STD 1553 Data Diode: VEGAS-S 9/30/2020

    NuWaves offers the VEGAS-S data diode created to allow the isolation of the main MIL-STD-1553 avionics bus from bus monitors or systems under test for enhanced safety of flight. The control of the data flow over the MIL-STD-1553 bus provides true risk reduction to the aircraft’s avionics bus for early software upgrades to existing bus monitoring systems, along with reducing the risk to the aircraft’s avionics bus for early bus monitor integration.

    Qorvo offers the QPC6222 double-pole double-throw (DPDT) transfer switch designed for general purpose switching applications where RF port transfer control is needed, including data cards, IoT, telemetry, automotive, cellular modems, USB devices, and multi-mode WCDMA and LTE. Some key features for this switch are its low insertion loss, high linearity performance, high-port-to-port isolation, and power handling up to +35 dBm.

40. Instantaneous Frequency Measurement Unit: dB-9001 9/24/2020

    The dB-9001 from dB Control is a custom-mounted Instantaneous Frequency Measurement (IFM) unit designed to operate in the C, X, and Ku-band frequency range and provide highly accurate measurements at 100 ns to CW pulse width measurements.
