  1. High Gain Two Stage LNAs
    Skyworks is pleased to introduce a series of high gain, two stage LNAs employing both GaAs pHEMT and GaAs HBT technology that offer very low noise figure, high linearity and excellent return loss in a small, quad flat, 4 mm squared leadless package. On-die, active-bias design ensures consistent performance and enables unconditional stability. The pHEMT front-end enables ultra low noise figure, while the HBT-based output stage provides customers a compelling solution with both high linearity and efficiency.
  2. High Linearity Low Noise Amplifier: TQP3M9037

    This low noise amplifier (LNA) operates in the 1.5-2.7 GHz frequency range, and is ideal for 3G/4G base station transceivers and repeaters, TDD/FDD systems, defense, and other wireless applications.

  3. 20 MHz to 6 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1018

    Atlanta Micro’s AM1018 is a cascadable gain block amplifier with 13 dB gain, a 2.5 dB noise figure, +35 dBm OIP3, +18/+21 dBm P1db, a 3.3V, 84 mA/+5.0V, 106 mA supply, a -40C to +85C operating temperature, and unconditional stability. It’s operational to +1.7V and comes in a 3mm QFN package.

  5. 2 - 20 GHz Limiter/Low Noise Amplifier: QPM1000

    Qorvo delivers the QPM1000 integrated limiter/low noise amplifier (LNA) designed to provide robust, high performance over the 2 – 20 GHz frequency range. The LNA features 17 dB small signal gain with gain control and > 18 dBm P1dB with a range of noise figure of 1.7 – 4 dB across frequency. Additionally, the integrated limiter delivers a robustness level of up to 4 W of incident power without performance degradation.

  6. Broadband Low-Noise Amplifier: SKY67159-396LF

    The SKY67159-396LF is an ultra-broadband low-noise amplifier designed for FDD and TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE small-cell base stations. With features such as superior gain flatness, exceptional linearity, and an internal active bias circuitry, this LNA offers the ability to externally adjust supply current and provide stable performance over temperature and process variation.

  8. X-Band GaAs pHEMT Low Noise Amplifier

    This two-stage low noise amplifier (LNA) covers the 7 GHz to 11 GHz frequency range and is 1.5 mm x 1 mm x 0.05 mm. It features a 1dB noise figure at 9 GHz, 23dB small signal gain, and a P1dB output power of 15.5dBm under self-biased condition.

The new modules feature high linearity that improves an application’s ability to distinguish between desired signals and spurious signals received close together. The MGA-6x606 LNAs target WiFi and WiMAX data cards, handsets and other portable devices, while the two-stage MGA-13x16 LNAs target GSM, CDMA and W-CDMA cellular infrastructure applications such as base station radio cards.
