  1. Variable Gain High Linearity, Low Noise Amplifier: RFLA1018
    9/9/2011
RFMD's RFLA1018 is an analog-controlled voltage-variable gain amplifier featuring high linearity and very low noise figure. This LNA with bypass mode and variable attenuator provides over 35dB of dynamic gain range. The RFLA1018 has a 3.3V control range with maximum gain at 0V. The LNA is temperature compensated to reduce gain variation. A noise figure of 0.65dB and an IIP3 of 2dBm make this component ideal for receiver input lineups. The RFLA1018 is packaged in a small 8.0mm x 8.0mm leadless laminate MCM. This module is internally matched to 50Ω on all RF ports, making it easy to use with no external matching components required.
  2. Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module: QPB9318
    3/17/2017

Qorvo offers the new QPB9318 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 2.3 – 2.8 GHz frequency range for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO applications. This LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual-channel configuration.

  3. Low Noise Amplifier for Satellite and Automotive Applications
    9/17/2013

This low noise amplifier (LNA) features high gain, low quiescence current, an ultra-low reference design, and stage 1 and 2 adjustable current. It covers the 2320 to 2345 MHz frequency range and comes in 4 x 4 mm QFN Pb-free package. It’s ideal for automotive applications and in satellite radios and has been rated for operation up to +105oC. For more information, download the datasheet.

  4. Boost Received Signals And Maintain Noise Figure: 700 MHz to 2700 MHz LNA
    5/9/2016

This low noise amplifier provides multiple broadband channels of high signal gain and linearity with low added noise levels, boosting received signals and maintaining system noise figure. The package itself contains three separate LNAs, and any of the three amplifiers can be independently bypassed via signal control.

  5. High Linearity Wideband LNA: HILNA™ HF: 2 to 50 MHz, 30 dB Gain
    4/3/2012

The HILNA™ HF is a low noise amplifier (LNA) featuring high linearity, a wide dynamic range, high intercept, reverse voltage protection, a wide operational voltage range, internal bandpass filtering, low noise, high gain, an internal regulator/active bias, high reliability, multi-octave frequency coverage, a ruggedized assembly, and more.

  6. 20 MHz to 6 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1016
    12/2/2014

    Atlanta Micro’s AM1016 is a cascadable gain block amplifier with 14 dB gain, a 2.0 dB noise figure, +30 dBm OIP3, +17 dBm P1db, a 3.3V, 48 mA supply, a -40C to +85C operating temperature, and unconditional stability. It’s operational to +1.7V and comes in a 3mm QFN package.

  7. Pre-Filtered GPS LNA
