  1. Low Noise Millimeter Wave Amplifiers (LNA)

    Low noise amplifiers (LNAs) from Millitech feature state-of-the-art noise figure performance, wideband coverage, a modular, compact design, internal voltage regulation and bias circuitry, and 2.92, 2.4, 1.85 mm or Waveguide interfaces (as required).

  2. Low Noise Amplifiers: HLNA Series
    The HLNA Series of Low Noise Amplifiers covers the frequency range from 14 to 110 GHz. A wide variety of gain and bandwidth combinations are available to provide solutions for radar systems, communications systems and other applications. Variations of the amplifiers listed in the HLNA data sheet and totally new amplifier designs can also be provided, usually without an NRE charge. Most models offer single bias operation with internal regulation and bias sequencing. MMIC technology is employed in every amplifier for high reliability and repeatability.
  3. 2-22 GHz Highly Robust GaN LNA: TGA2227-SM

    The TGA2227-SM is a highly robust GaN Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) covering the 2-22 GHz frequency range, and delivers >15 dB small signal gain and >+22 dBm P1dB while supporting 2 dB mid-band Noise Figure. This LNA offers a high overall electrical performance, and a high level of input power robustness for more design flexibility in the receive chain circuit protection.

  4. Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module: QPB9318

    Qorvo offers the new QPB9318 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 2.3 – 2.8 GHz frequency range for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO applications. This LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual-channel configuration.

  5. Low-Noise Amplifiers

    TMS ITAR Free, Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) cover a wide range of applications but are primarily suited to communication systems including both Data-Link and Satellite Communications (Satcom) systems. The new K-Band LNA operates over a 19.2 - 21.2 GHz with 1.3 dB Noise Figure at 25°C. It is configured with a waveguide input and 2.92 output connector all in a hermetic package.

    This dual stage low noise amplifier operates in the 400-1400 MHz frequency range and is ideal for use in picocell, femotocell, tower-mounted amplifier, receiver front end circuit, cellular infrastructure, and other low noise, high linearity applications.

  7. 17-27 GHz Low Noise Amplifier: CMD163

    Custom MMIC introduces the CMD163 as a high dynamic range GaAs low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for military, space, and communications systems where small size and high linearity are required. This device delivers greater than 24 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +19 dBm, and a noise figure of 1.3 dB. It is optimized for 21 GHz operation.

    This low noise amplifier (LNA) features a small size and low power consumption, making it ideal for point to point/multipoint radios, military and space communications, and other EW and communications systems.

  9. 4-8 GHz Low Noise Amplifier

    This LNA features an ultra-low noise figure, a single supply voltage of +4.0 V @ 75 mA, and high gain broadband performance. It comes in a Pb-free RoHs compliant 3x3 QFN package and is ideal for applications involving test instrumentation, point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios, and military end-use.

  10. Low Noise Amplifier for Satellite and Automotive Applications

    This low noise amplifier (LNA) features high gain, low quiescence current, an ultra-low reference design, and stage 1 and 2 adjustable current. It covers the 2320 to 2345 MHz frequency range and comes in 4 x 4 mm QFN Pb-free package. It’s ideal for automotive applications and in satellite radios and has been rated for operation up to +105oC.
