  1. Auto Quad Tower-Top Amplifier (TTA) System: 434B Mission Critical Series

Bird offers the 434B-Mission Critical Series of AutoQuad™ Tower-Top Amplifier (TTA) systems made up of high performance, quadrature-coupled low noise amplifiers (LNAs). They are designed for increasing receive sensitivity, improving receiver noise figure, and assisting in mission critical communication and public safety applications.

  2. Low Noise Millimeter Wave Amplifiers (LNA)

Low noise amplifiers (LNAs) from Millitech feature state-of-the-art noise figure performance, wideband coverage, a modular, compact design, internal voltage regulation and bias circuitry, and 2.92, 2.4, 1.85 mm or Waveguide interfaces (as required).

  3. Pre-Filtered GPS LNA

The 312 Series of pre-filtered GPS LNAs (low noise amplifiers) features a low noise figure, a wide input voltage range, compliance with many MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 requirements, and more. The LNAs come in a small, lightweight hermetically sealed package.

  4. High Intercept Low Noise Amplifier: HILNA™ G2V1: 50 to 1000 MHz, 40 dB Gain

The HILNA™ G2V1 is a high intercept low noise amplifier that features low noise (less than 1 dB of Noise Figure with a OIP3 of +32 dBm) and high gain (40 dB operating from 50 MHz to 1 GHz).

  5. 33-45 GHz GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier

This low noise amplifier (LNA) features a small size and low power consumption, making it ideal for point to point/multipoint radios, military and space communications, and other EW and communications systems.

  6. High Gain Two Stage LNAs

Skyworks is pleased to introduce a series of high gain, two stage LNAs employing both GaAs pHEMT and GaAs HBT technology that offer very low noise figure, high linearity and excellent return loss in a small, quad flat, 4 mm squared leadless package. On-die, active-bias design ensures consistent performance and enables unconditional stability. The pHEMT front-end enables ultra low noise figure, while the HBT-based output stage provides customers a compelling solution with both high linearity and efficiency.

  7. High-Linearity, Low-Noise Amplifiers
The Ciao Wireless High Linearity LNAs eclipse the industry accepted standard "10-dB separation rule" ("headroom") for Output ICP3 separation above the 1-dB Compression Point. Ciao Wireless' Ultra-High Linearity LNAs feature an extended headroom of typically 16 to 17 dB between the 1-dB Compression Point and Output 3rd Order ICP. Typical Output 3rd Order ICP values range up to +42dBm for Octave Band Models with an Output P1-dB Point of +22 to +25 dBm.
  8. High-Gain, Low Current Low Noise Amplifier With Variable Current And Shutdown Function: MGA-24106
Avago Technologies’ High-Gain, Low Current Low Noise Amplifier with Variable Current and Shutdown Function: MGA-24106 is a designed for GPS/ISM/WiMAX applications. The Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) uses Avago's proprietary GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process to achieve high gain with very low noise figure and high linearity
  9. Low-Noise Amplifiers

TMS ITAR Free, Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) cover a wide range of applications but are primarily suited to communication systems including both Data-Link and Satellite Communications (Satcom) systems. The new K-Band LNA operates over a 19.2 - 21.2 GHz with 1.3 dB Noise Figure at 25°C. It is configured with a waveguide input and 2.92 output connector all in a hermetic package.

  10. 20 MHz to 8 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1023

This gain block amplifier covers the 20 MHz to 8 GHz frequency range. It exhibits flat gain (19 dB), a 2.5 dB noise figure, and unconditional stability over the -40C to +85C operating temperature range. It comes in a 3mm QFN package and is operational to 1.7V.
