This low noise amplifier is ideal for 3.1-10.6 GHz UWB LNA, 3.5 and 5-6 GHz WLAN and WiMax, 10.5 GHz PMP, 802.16/802.20 BWA systems, radar systems, ECM systems, and generic IF amplifier applications.
This easy-to-use, broadband, positive gain slope low noise amplifier operates in various frequency bands from 1 to 6 GHz and features a 1 x 0.5 mm surface mount package, a wide frequency range, and an in and output match of 50 ohm. It's ultra-thin (0.25 mm) and self biasing at 3 to 5 V.
