  1. 27-31 GHz, 8 W GaN Power Amplifier: AHP-29043925-G1

    Ducommun presents the new Model AHP-29043925-G1 power amplifier with 8 W of voltage and operation in the 27-31 GHz frequency range. These newly developed amplifiers are designed to utilize GaN technology to achieve a small footprint with higher power, and provide a signal gain at 25 dB, and saturated power at 39 dBm.

  2. 81-86 GHz GaAs HEMT High Power Amplifier: APH667

    This high power amplifier operates in the 81 to 86 GHz frequency range, and is ideal for wireless fiber replacement, short haul/high capacity links, and enterprise wireless LAN applications. It features a 2 mil substrate, a 25.5 dBm (typ) power saturation, 17dB (typ) linear gain, 4 VDC @ 630 mA DC power, and an 11.07 sq. mm die size.
