1. Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module: QPB9337 3/8/2019

   Qorvo offers the new QPB9337 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 2.8 – 3.8 GHz frequency range for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO applications. This LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high-power switch in a dual-channel configuration.

2. XR-1015QH: 10 To 16 GHz Highly Integrated, QFN Packaged Receiver 7/30/2008
   Mimix Broadband’s 10.0-16.0 GHz QFN packaged receiver has a noise figure of 2.5 dB and 12.0 dB conversion gain. The device integrates an LNA, image reject mixer and LO buffer amplifier within a fully molded 4x4mm QFN package. The image reject mixer eliminates the need for a bandpass filter after the LNA to remove thermal noise at the image frequency. I and Q mixer outputs are provided and an external 90 degree hybrid is required to select the desired sideband. This device uses Mimix Broadband’s GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon electron beam lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity. This device is well suited for Point-to-Point Radio, LMDS, SATCOM and VSAT applications.
3. RF Amplifier Module With Break Point: KMW3434 8/29/2022

   The KMW3434 is a class AB linear amplifier for OEM applications with fast on/off timing and provides in excess of 30 Watts CW output power into a 50 Ohm load.

   Skyworks offers the SKY58277-11 Sky5 Front-End Module (FEM) for LTE and NR is a new addition to the Skyworks Sky5 portfolio of 5G technology products. The included 30-pad surface mount (SMT) module consists of PA blocks, input and output ports matched to 50 ohms, a MIPI standard digital control block, single-ended filter, antenna, and Tx-Rx switches, and a low noise amplifier (LNA).

   Qorvo’s QPA3250 is a hybrid power double amplifier module ideally used for Node+x and deep fiver node systems and CATV amplifier systems operating in the 45 – 1218 MHz range. Employing a GaAs pHEMT die and GaN die, the part offers extremely high output up to 76.8 dBmV composite power or 67 dBmV virtual level power.
