1. Custom EMI Filters 3/14/2013

   EMI Filters are used to prevent electromagnetic interference in avionics and aircraft systems, as well as military shipboard/vehicle electronics, and in military communication systems. Electromagnetic interference can cause a complete loss of data in communications systems, or a simple decline in data quality.

2. Power Amplifier: QPA2513 7/30/2021

   The QPA2513 is a 2-stage S-Band internally matched GaN Power Amplifier Module. The QPA2513 operates at pulsed RF CW in frequency range 3.1 -3.5 GHz providing typically 51dBm of saturated output power with 30dB of large-signal gain and 62% of power added efficiency.

4. 0.66 – 0.72 GHz High Linearity Power Amplifier: GRF5506 11/24/2020

   The GRF5506 from Guerrilla RF is a high gain, two-stage InGaP HBT power amplifier ideally designed for use in transmitter applications that typically do not employ digital predistortion correction schemes. The device delivers excellent P1dB, ACLR, and IM3 performance over the 660 to 720 MHz frequency range.
