The included linear driver amplifier is targeted for use in wireless infrastructures where high linearity, medium power, and high integration is required. The module requires minimal external components which include VCC choke inductors, decoupling caps, and resistors for bias control.

  6. S-Band High-Power Limiter: TGL2927-SM 9/24/2015

    The TGL2927-SM is a high-power, GaN receiver protection circuit (limiter) covering the 2-4 GHz frequency range, is capable of withstanding up to 200W incident power levels, and allows less than 18 dBm flat leakage to pass through. This limiter doesn’t require bias, and contributes less than 0.6 dB in insertion loss.

    The QPA2308 is Qorvo’s MMIC power amplifier operating from 5.0 – 6.0 GHz for C-band radar and satellite communications applications. Fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.25 um GaN on SiC process, the amplifier produces greater than 60 W of saturated output power and greater than 21 dB of large-signal gain while achieving greater than 43% power-added efficiency.
