The NuPower™ S100A01 S-Band Power Amplifier is a small, ultra-high-power solid-state power amplifier module for CW operation, delivering a minimum of 100 watts of RF power from 2000 MHz to 2500 MHz to boost signal power levels. Applications for this product include UAS, UGV, Broadband RF Telemetry, RF Communication Systems and more.
Based on the latest gallium nitride (GaN) technology, the NuPower S100A01 typically provides 40% module efficiency and <30 in3 form factor make it ideal for size, weight, and power-constrained broadband RF telemetry, tactical communication systems, and electronic warfare systems.
