Test And Measurement Products

  1. Microwave USB Power Sensor (MA24108A)
    6/16/2009

The MA24108A power sensor is designed to provide accurate average power measurements from 10 MHz to 8 GHz over 60 dB of dynamic range. The sensor employs a "dual path" architecture that provides (similar to thermal sensor) True-RMS measurements over the entire frequency and dynamic range, enabling users to make highly accurate average power measurements for CW, multi-tone, and digitally modulated signal up to 8 GHz. The sensors have internal and external triggering capability that facilitates individual slot power measurements of TDMA waveforms as well as burst power measurements of periodic and non-periodic waveforms.

  2. Ultralow Phase Noise Frequency Synthesizer: LTC6946
    9/28/2011
The LTC6946 is the first device in a family of high performance integer-N frequency synthesizers with integrated VCO, delivering -226dBc/Hz normalized closed-loop in-band phase noise, superior -274dBc/Hz normalized in-band 1/f noise, and best-in-class -103dBc spurious output. In a typical 900MHz application, these performance attributes help to achieve a closed-loop phase noise of -100dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset. The device is available in three frequency options: the LTC6946-1 tunes from 2.240GHz to 3.740GHz; the LTC6946-2 from 3.080GHz to 4.910GHz; and the LTC6946-3 covers 3.840GHz to 5.790GHz. In addition, each part has an on-chip output divider that is programmable from 1 through 6 to extend frequency coverage to as low as 373MHz.
  3. 7 GHz Signal Analyzer: Model 7070

Narda Safety Test Solutions offers the SignalShark Real-Time Handheld Analyzer for the detection, analysis, classification, and location of RF signals between 8 kHz and 8 GHz. The instrument solves complex measurement and analysis tasks reliably and quickly, and with the same RF performance levels as desktop instruments.

  8. Synthesized Signal Generator
    7/18/2006
The SSG, Synthesized Signal Generator, is designed to be a workhorse in the lab, providing a high quality synthesized output in a small package that is easy to move around, and a without the penalty of paying for features you don't need...
  9. Digital Delay/Pulse Generator: Model 577
    1/17/2014

Berkeley Nucleonics’ model 577 is a digital delay/pulse generator with its own trigger, its own gate, its own delay and width settings, and eight outputs – each configurable with their own pattern. It provides precise delays and widths with 250pS resolution for times up to 1000 seconds.

  10. High Power Microwave Signal Generator: Model 845-HP
    3/4/2014

Higher power in their signal generators was Berkeley Nucelonics’ number one request from their customers, and they delivered on it. The model 845-HP microwave signal generator is very similar to the model 845, but its wide and accurately levelled output power range (up to +23 DBM) and high spurious suppression set it apart.
