This rugged and liquid cooled transmit/receive module features high reliability, integral digital control and messaging, an integral power supply, low receiver noise figure, an integrated solid-state high-peak power pulsed amplifier, GaN-based power pallets, and more. It’s been designed to operate in an active phased array radar system and operates in the 2.9-3.3 GHz frequency range.

The AS-TRM-Ku-10W is a compact and lightweight transmit/receive module that features high reliability, a rugged design, power and temperature monitoring, 50 Ohm input/output impedance, bias sequencing, fast TX/RX switching, and more. Each transmit chain and receive chains consist of a high-Q cavity bandpass filter, an LNA, and a limiter. This transmit/receive module is well suited for monopulse radar applications.
