  3. 35.5 GHz Outdoor Hub-Mount Ka-Band TWTA: dB-3840 2/10/2015

    The dB-3840 is a TWT Amplifier (TWTA) operating in the frequency range of 34.5 to 35.5 GHz providing 700 Watts minimum peak output power at a duty cycle of up to 10%. A wideband, periodic permanent magnet (PPM)-focused, conduction-cooled TWT is used for power amplification. The power supply topology uses proprietary low-noise, high-efficiency designs to operate the RF signal path. An embedded micro-controller provides the interface, control and protection functions and status indication for the TWT Amplifier. Standard interface protocol for remote operation is RS-485. Other protocols such as RS-232, RS-422, Ethernet, or custom interfaces are available as options. The TWT Amplifier is encased in an environmentally sealed package for outdoor and antenna pedestal mounted applications, and uses integral forced-air cooling for thermal management.

  6. 2.7 – 3.5 GHz, 100 Watt GaN Power Amplifier: QPA3069 9/5/2019

    The QPA3069 is Qorvo’s GaN power amplifier operating from 2.7 – 3.5 GHz for radar and satellite communications applications. Fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.25 um GaN on SiC process, the amplifier produces greater than 100 W of saturated output power and greater than 25 dB of large-signal gain while achieving greater than 53% power-added efficiency.

    The A.H. Systems' SAS-519 Log Periodic Antenna is extremely lightweight, compact and has been manufactured to ensure maximum gain and low VSWR. Covering a very large frequency range, this antenna is one of the smallest available. Whether testing inside a shielded enclosure or outdoors, this antenna will display efficient performance characteristics through the frequency range of 650 MHz to 4000 MHz.

  8. 50 kW Pulsed Coupled Cavity TWT: PT6055 3/17/2025

    The PT6055 pulsed coupled cavity TWT is an S-band Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier. The Peak Power is nominally 50 kW, the duty cycle 2.4% and the minimum gain 50 dB.

    Corry Micronics offers the CMILNA-847-1747-S broadband low noise amplifier (LNA) with three independently amplified channels in a common housing.
