2. 20 MHz to 8 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1023 12/15/2014

   This gain block amplifier covers the 20 MHz to 8 GHz frequency range. It exhibits flat gain (19 dB), a 2.5 dB noise figure, and unconditional stability over the -40C to +85C operating temperature range. It comes in a 3mm QFN package and is operational to 1.7V.

5. InGaP HBT 3.3V Matched Gain Block Amplifier - CGB8002-SC 5/1/2008

   Atlanta Micro’s AM1016 is a cascadable gain block amplifier with 14 dB gain, a 2.0 dB noise figure, +30 dBm OIP3, +17 dBm P1db, a 3.3V, 48 mA supply, a -40C to +85C operating temperature, and unconditional stability. It’s operational to +1.7V and comes in a 3mm QFN package.

   Qorvo’s QPL6207Q is a high linearity, ultra-low noise gain block amplifier ideally designed for SDARS active antenna applications. At 2332 MHz, the amplifier typically provides +35 dBm OIP3. The amplifier does not require any negative supplies for operation and can be biased from positive supply rails from 3.3 to 5.25 V.
