    The SkyLiTE™ 2.0 Front-End Modules are part of a highly integrated platform enabling smartphone manufacturers with complete front-end systems that meet today’s carrier aggregation (CA) design challenges. These devices are baseband agnostic and are designed to incorporate the amplification, switching, Wi-Fi filtering, and coupler functionality required to support all major FDD/TDD bands. SkyLiTE™ 2.0 addresses new global downlink CA performance standards with an integrated diplexer and harmonic filtering functionality. This series is optimized for regional use, providing OEMs with scalable and reconfigurable architectures for faster time to market.

    The SKY85309-11 from Skyworks is a fully matched front-end module (FEM) that integrates 2 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 2 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 2 GHz power amplifier (PA). It is ideally suited for 802.11ac networking and personal computing systems, PC cards, and WLAN-enables wireless video systems.

    Qorvo offers the new QPB9318 highly integrated front-end module with operation in the 2.3 – 2.8 GHz frequency range for TDD base station, wireless infrastructure, small cell BTS, and pre-5G/5G massive MIMO applications. This LNA module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual-channel configuration.

  6. Sky5® Front-End Module For 4G And 5G Applications: SKY58277-11 2/25/2021

    Skyworks offers the SKY58277-11 Sky5 Front-End Module (FEM) for LTE and NR is a new addition to the Skyworks Sky5 portfolio of 5G technology products. The included 30-pad surface mount (SMT) module consists of PA blocks, input and output ports matched to 50 ohms, a MIPI standard digital control block, single-ended filter, antenna, and Tx-Rx switches, and a low noise amplifier (LNA).

    Qorvo presents a new series of high-linearity 2.5 GHz Front-End Modules (FEMs) built for automotive Wi-Fi applications, 802.11b/g/n, and Bluetooth® systems. These devices feature integrated b/g/n power amplifiers, directional power detectors, RX balun, and TX filtering. Each FEM contains an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching that greatly reduces the number of external components and layout area in the customer application.

    The SKY78117 SkyOne® Ultra 2.0 is a multimode multiband front-end module (FEM) designed for optimal performance in FDD/TDD LTE-modulated handsets for bands 7, 30, 38, 40, and 41. The RF input and output ports are internally matched to 50 ohms which minimizes the need for external components.
