Optenni Lab speeds up the antenna design process, increasing the productivity of antenna designers. The software has tools for fully automatic matching circuit optimization, estimation of the obtainable bandwidth of the antennas and calculation of the worst-case isolation in multi-antenna systems. These innovative analysis features, along with an intuitive graphical interface, allow the quick evaluation of optimal total performance for antenna designs and concepts. Optenni Lab and CST STUDIO SUITE® are tightly integrated, making the complete antenna design workflow more efficient.
The new NI AWR Design Environment™ V12.02 is an all-inclusive simulator system composed of Microwave Office, Visual System Simulator™ (VSS), Analog Office, AXIEM, and Analyst™. The new system is an advanced version of the V12, offering new load-pull features as well as improvements to the Analyst 3D element method electromagnetic simulator and layout, and to NI AWR Design Environment modeling, scripting, and stability analysis.
Antenna engineers favor advanced antenna systems capable of beam steering and multiple data stream transmission in order to meet 5G throughput requirements. Designing such a device is a difficult task because many factors are involved a device’s performance:
XFdtd and Wireless InSite ensure a comprehensive device design process, from simulating the initial antenna pattern to computing throughput performance in a multipath channel model. Together the products ensure a device will work well in its intended environment.
HUBER+SUHNER develops and produces an extensive portfolio of directional and omni-directional antennas for a wide range of indoor and outdoor wireless connections. Among these antennas include Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for indoor coverage of mobile communication voice and data traffic, antennas with low visual impact and high data-traffic, and many other antennas optimized for wireless transportation communications, WLAN, and WiFi applications.
Antenna technology is constantly advancing to meet the growing demands of industry. Likewise, Remcom has been keeping pace in order to provide engineers with a suite of tools that match their processes and help them meet their design requirements.
