W-Band Quadrature (I/Q) Mixer
This W-Band quadrature (I/Q) mixer is ideal for applications involving ranging radar systems, phase detectors, communication systems, and test instrumentation.
The HHM series broadband harmonic mixers cover full waveguide bands from 18 – 110 GHz. They utilize a low loss finline structure mated to a GaAs Schottky beam lead diode for minimum conversion loss and maximum bandwidth
Millimeter Wave General Purpose Harmonic Mixer: MHP Series
Millitech’s Millimeter Wave General Purpose Harmonic Mixer is ideal for applications involving signal processing, phase-lock loops, EW/ELINT, and spectrum analyzers/frequency counters. They’re low cost, and feature full waveguide bandwidth, high sensitivity, and low conversion loss.
Ka Band I/Q Millimeter Wave Mixer W/LNA
These Ka band I/Q mixers are ideal for Radar Receiver applications and Single-Sideband Mixers. The LO port is spilt by a 90-degree hybrid to the two mixers. The LO input is buffered so that only 0 dBm of LO power is required for the mixer to operate. These mixers may also be ordered without the integrated LO amplifier.
Bluetooth® Version 4.0 Module: BM77
The BM77 is a fully-certified Bluetooth® Version 4.0 Module designed to add dual mode Bluetooth® wireless capabilities to other products. The BM77 delivers local connectivity for the Internet of Thing (IoT) by bridging the product to Smart Phones and/or Tablets for convenient data transfer, control, and access to cloud applications.
V-Band, Externally Biased Balanced Mixer
This externally biased balance mixer operates in the V Band and is ideal for applications involving radar systems, test instrumentation, and communication systems.
High Linearity Differential IF Mixers
The RFMX0015 and RFMX1015 high linearity differential IF mixers operate in the standard cellular bands between 600 to 1050 MHz and 1500 to 2200 MHz respectively and support both high and low-side LO injection for IF frequencies up to 300MHz. In addition, the mixers feature an IF bias pin that enables users to reduce the DC current to save power when peak linearity performance is not required.
Millimeter Wave Subharmonic Mixers: MSH Series
The MSH Series of millimeter wave subharmonic mixers are ideal for heterodyne radiometer applications, instrumentation, automated test equipment, and for frequency extension to 193 GHz.
Wideband Analog Mixer, Diff. Amplifier for Hi-Freq: ML12002CP
The ML12002 is a double balanced analog mixer, including an input amplifier feeding the mixer carrier port and a temperature compensated bias regulator. The input circuits for both the amplifier and mixer are differential amplifier circuits. The on-chip regulator provides all of the required biasing.
