    Skyworks new SKY5™-9256-701LF is a 4X single-pole, single-throw (4XSPST) switch is designed for antenna tuning applications requiring ultra-low ON resistance and low OFF capacitance in the 0.6 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. It does not require DC blocking capacitors as long as no DC voltage is applied on any RF path. Additional features include 48 V peak power, and high isolation of +32 dB @ 2.7 GHz.

    Skyworks’ new SKY13698-694LF is a CMOS, silicon-on-insulator (SOI) double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) switch designed for LTE system and main/diversity antenna swapping applications. Able to provide high-linearity performance, low insertion loss, and high isolation, this switch operates within the 0.4 to 5.9 GHz frequency range with a positive control voltage range from 1.35 to 2.8 V.

    The SKY13588-460LF is a CMOS silicon-on-insulator (SOI), single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) switch. The high-linearity performance and low insertion loss makes the device an ideal choice for WCDMA handset and data card applications.

  6. SKY13587-378LF: 20 MHz To 6.0 GHz GaAs SPDT Switch

    The SKY13587-378LF is a pHEMT GaAs FET I/C switch. The switch can be used in transmit/receive applications by connecting the RF common port (INPUT, pin 5) to either the OUTPUT1 or OUTPUT2 port (pin 1 or 3, respectively) using a low-loss path (i.e., a positive voltage applied to either VCTL1 or VCTL2 pins). The switch is “reflective short” on the isolated port.
