  1. 30 Watts CW 0.7 – 6 GHz Solid-State Amplifier: 30S1G6

    AR’s 30S1G6 is a solid-sate amplifier covering the 0.7 – 6 GHz frequency range. When used with a sweep generator, it provides a minimum of 30 watts RF power. Like most of AR’s amplifiers, this model is ideal for applications that call for instantaneous bandwidth and high gain.

  2. 3-Channel Low Noise Amplifier

    Corry Micronics offers the CMILNA-847-1747-S broadband low noise amplifier (LNA) with three independently amplified channels in a common housing. Features include an ultra-low noise figure of 2 dB and greater than 18 dB of gain, making this LNA ideal for a number of applications, such as cellular base stations, software defined and field communication radios, FM and AM receivers, switch matrices, lab use, WiFi, surveillance sub-systems, satellite systems, and other pre-amplification applications.

    The Model 500S1G6 from AR is a solid-state broadband amplifier that operates over the 0.7 to 6 GHz frequency range, and is designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and linearity are required. The low level of spurious signals and linearity of this device makes the 500S1G6 ideal for use as a driver amplifier in testing wireless and communication components and subsystems, and EMC testing applications.

    Empower RF Systems’ 1189 is a 100 Watts broadband high power amplifier module operating in the 500 – 2500 MHz frequency range. It’s ideal for test, communications, and military/defense applications.   5. CMI Jamming Amplifiers

    Corry Micronics offers a series of jamming amplifiers used in jamming applications such as cellular jamming in prison systems, and drone detection and suppression techniques. Many countries now realize the importance of jamming phone reception within the walls of prisons. There have been cases where over 3,000 phones were confiscated in a prison that housed only 5,000 inmates. Another growing area of interest is in military jamming to protect our troop convoys from roadside cellular bomb detonation or remote controlled improvised explosive devices.

This model features low spurious signals, high linearity, and high tolerance, enabling its use in RF applications such as RF susceptibility testing, antenna/component testing, and communication technology testing. 

  7. 1 to 2.5 GHz High Power Amplifier In 8U Chassis

  8. Broadband Limiting Amplifier: BXL9812

    The BXL9812 is a limiting amplifier with a 2-stage design and an 8-12 GHz operating frequency range. It features a +10 dBm flat saturated output power, an internal voltage regulator with reverse bias protection, and an operating temperature range of 25oC to +75oC.  Additionally, the it allows for input levels from -20 dBm to -10 dBm.

  9. 10000 Watt CW, 80 - 1000 MHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 10000W1000A

    The 10000W1000A self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier is ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 10000 watts of power. The device also utilizes push-pull circuitry in the interest of lowering distortion and improving stability.

  10. Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 5 MHz to 1000 MHz

    The 5322 broadband RF power amplifier is small, lightweight, and designed for lab environments. It operates in the 5 to 1000 MHz frequency range and has a 15 W (typ) saturated output power. This amplifier has a +43 dB (min) small signal gain, +45 dBm (typ) IP3, -20 dBc (typ) harmonics @ 5 watts, and <-60 dBc (typ) spurious signals @ 5 watts.
