  1. 3-Channel Low Noise Amplifier

Corry Micronics offers the CMILNA-847-1747-S broadband low noise amplifier (LNA) with three independently amplified channels in a common housing. Features include an ultra-low noise figure of 2 dB and greater than 18 dB of gain, making this LNA ideal for a number of applications, such as cellular base stations, software defined and field communication radios, FM and AM receivers, switch matrices, lab use, WiFi, surveillance sub-systems, satellite systems, and other pre-amplification applications.

  2. Gallium Nitride Broadband RF Power Amplifier: SSPA 0.020-0.520-125
Aethercomm Model Number SSPA 0.020-0.520-125 is a high power, broadband, Gallium Nitride (GaN) RF amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 520 MHz. This PA is ideal for broadband military platforms as well as commercial applications because it is robust and offers high power over a multi-octave bandwidth. This amplifier was designed for broad band jamming and communication systems platforms.
  3. Ultra-Broadband Power Amplifier
The CHPA0618-1 ultra-broadband power amplifier incorporates gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology into CAP’s revolutionary, patented Spatium™ broadband spatial combining architecture to achieve outstanding solid state power levels across the amplifier’s extended 6-18 GHz frequency range.
  4. Broadband Amplifier Systems: 7000 Series

Ophir RF’s 7000 series consists of ten different broadband amplifier systems covering a wide frequency range. Each model features variations in output power, harmonics, spurious signal parameters, and more. These amplifiers are ideal for both military and commercial applications.

  5. 500 Watts CW Solid-State Amplifier: 500W1000B

This solid-state amplifier covers the 80 MHz to 1000 MHz frequency range and uses push-pull circuitry in its higher power stages in order to lower distortion and improve stability. It’s particularly well suited for applications that require an amplifier with high gain and instantaneous bandwidth.

  6. Solid State Broadband High Power RF Amplifier: Model 5163

The new model 5163 from Ophir RF is a 50 Watt solid state broadband amplifier designed to cover the 0.8 to 4.2 GHz frequency range. This high power, compact amplifier features excellent 3rd order intercept point, high gain, and a wide dynamic range from its use of Class A/B linear power devices.

  7. Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 5 MHz to 1000 MHz

The 5322 broadband RF power amplifier is small, lightweight, and designed for lab environments. It operates in the 5 to 1000 MHz frequency range and has a 15 W (typ) saturated output power. This amplifier has a +43 dB (min) small signal gain, +45 dBm (typ) IP3, -20 dBc (typ) harmonics @ 5 watts, and <-60 dBc (typ) spurious signals @ 5 watts. Additional specifications can be found on the available datasheet.

  8. Broadband CATV Amplifier: MAAM-010373

This broadband amplifier operates in the 50-1100 MHz frequency range and features low distortion, high gain, and a low noise figure. It’s ideal for CATV applications. The amplifier is supplied in a lead-free surface mount package. A 75Ω input/output impedance, minimizing the number of required external components.

  9. 30 Watts CW 0.7 – 6 GHz Solid-State Amplifier: 30S1G6

AR’s 30S1G6 is a solid-sate amplifier covering the 0.7 – 6 GHz frequency range. When used with a sweep generator, it provides a minimum of 30 watts RF power. Like most of AR’s amplifiers, this model is ideal for applications that call for instantaneous bandwidth and high gain.

  10. Next Generation 1 kW Broadband Amplifier Family
