R&S® SMW200A Datasheet

The R&S®SMW200A is a versatile and powerful signal generator designed to meet the diverse performance and functionality requirements of modern testing applications.

With a frequency range up to 67 GHz (dual path up to 44 GHz), it supports a wide array of testing scenarios, from basic component testing to complex system verification. The generator’s 2 GHz modulation bandwidth ensures the ability to generate complex signals with high precision, making it suitable for demanding spectral and modulation measurements.

A standout feature of the R&S®SMW200A is its integrated fading capability, which can simulate real-world signal conditions with up to 800 MHz bandwidth. This enables users to test devices under dynamic signal conditions, including interference and mobility effects. The system also supports up to 8x8 MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output), offering the ability to simulate multi-channel communication systems, such as advanced wireless standards and next-generation networks.
