The SAS-563P is a 12” passive shielded loop antenna and is an excellent solution for shielding effectiveness testing. The electrostatic shielded loop antenna is typically used for shielding effectiveness testing per IEEE 299, MIL-STD 285, and NSA 65-6, as well as many other test standards. This passive loop antenna is shielded against the electric component by enclosing the conducting loop within an all-metal shield.
The included balanced faraday shield ensures that it is producing the magnetic component of the radiated energy. Additional features include 50 W nominal impedance, rugged construction, and N female connectors.
