The MMA-495930-Q4 is a high linearity GaAs MMIC amplifier in a low cost QFN 4x4 package. It has 29.5 dBm P1dB, 44 dBm OIP3, 19 dB gain, and excellent linear Pout of 22.0 dBm @ EVM=2.0%. This product is ideal for a driver or PA stage for 802.16 d/e in the 4.9 to 5.9 GHz band and is fully matched for easy integration. A 2W version of this part will soon be available: MMA-495933-Q4 (QFN 4x4 single stage) and MMA-495933-Q5 (QFN 5x5 two-stage). The linear Pout for both parts is 26dBm @EVM=2% and the P1dB is 33.5 dBm.

The MMA-053223-Q3 is a broadband high linearity MMIC amplifier. It is available in a low cost QFN 3x3 lead free green package. This part is ideally suited for WiFi (802.11 b/g/n) linear driver and high dynamic range LNA applications. Other applications include 2G, 2.5G, 3G wireless infrastructures. It has 42 dBm OIP3, 24 dBm P1dB, and 68 dBc ACPR @ channel power of 11 dBm. The frequency range is 500 to 3200 MHz.
