The MMA-495933-Q5 is a high linearity GaAs MMIC amplifier utilizing MwT's proprietary linear device technology. It is specifically designed as a driver or power stage for 802.16 WiMAX applications or Output Stage for 802.11 WLAN applications in the bands between 4.9 - 5.9 GHz.
