1030 - 1090 MHz, 2 KW Min Solid State High Power Pulse Amplifier: AMP5009P Datasheet

The AMP5009P is a ruggedized, compact Class AB high power pulse amplifier designed for high reliability IFF applications like Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR) systems.It offers standard protection features against over-temperature, excess VSWR, and excess modulation, ensuring stable performance. With an internal capacitive bank, it maintains low output droop over extended pulse widths.

Operating at 1030 - 1090 MHz, it delivers a minimum power output of 2 KW with a peak pulse duty cycle of 4% and a maximum pulse width of 32 μS. This amplifier utilizes LDMOS transistors, achieving a power gain of 63 dB ± 2.0dB. Input pulse trigger is facilitated through TTL compatible level signals.
