1030 & 1090 MHz, 63 dBm+ Solid State High Power Pulse Amplifier: AMP5009ZP Datasheet

The AMP5009ZP Solid State High Power Pulse Amplifier is a ruggedized, compact Class AB SSPA tailored for high-reliability IFF applications, including Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR) and IFF Modes 1, 2, 3/A, and C. It features built-in protections against over-temperature, excessive VSWR, and excess modulation. An internal capacitive bank ensures low output droop over extended pulse widths.

Operating at 1030 and 1090 MHz, it delivers a minimum peak pulse output of 63 dBm with a pulse width up to 32 µS. The amplifier is designed with LDMOS transistors, providing a power gain of 15 dB ± 2.0 dB.
