High-Performance Spatium® SSPA Technology
Qorvo offers high-power, ultra-broadband performance, and solid state reliability when using the new Spatium® technology. This patented Spatium® RF power combining technology provides a highly reliable, efficient alternative to traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs) for commercial and defense communications, radar, electronic warfare (EW), and other defense system applications.
The patented Spatium® solutions are customizable and are able to dramatically improve broadband RF power and efficiency through patented coaxial special combining techniques using gallium nitride (GaN) MMIC amplifiers.
