The KA120W-2731 is a high power amplifier that utilizes the Spatium® RF power combining technology. Operating over the 27-31 GHz frequency range, this device achieves a saturated output power of greater than 130 Watts at over 25 percent efficiency. This amplifier's high performance and compact size and weight make it ideal for integration into Satcom BUC’s and other microwave subsystems.
