High Efficiency Small Cell Power Amplifier: TQP9309

The TQP9309 is a 0.5 Watt, two-stage power amplifier that provides 32 dB gain, and greater than 28 dBm of linear power. With on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuitry, this amplifier is suitable for small cell base station applications.

The TQP9309 offers a pre-distortion correction over the 0.7-1.0 GHz frequency range for a number of different Bands, and applications such as enterprise femtocells, and small cell base stations.  The amplifier integrates two high performance amplifier stages into a module to allow for a compact system design and requires very few external components for operation. It is also available to achieve -50 dBc ACLR at 28 dBm output power using a 20 MHz LTE signal.
