High Efficiency Small Cell Power Amplifier: TQP9309 Datasheet

The TQP9309 is a 0.5 Watt, two-stage power amplifier that provides 32 dB gain and greater than 28 dBm of linear power. The TQP9309 offers a pre-distortion correction over the 0.7-1.0 GHz frequency range for a number of different Bands, and applications such as enterprise femtocells, and small cell base stations.  For more product features and specifications, download the datasheet.
