41 - 47 GHz, 2 W+ Solid State Power Amplifier: MPA4021 Datasheet

The MPA4021 Solid State Power Amplifier features a Class A/AB linear design, suitable for Q-Band linear applications and all single channel modulation standards. It offers high reliability, ruggedness, and built-in protection circuits. This 2U system, which can be bench or rack-mounted, operates in the 41-47 GHz range with a minimum power output of 2 watts and a linear gain of 33 dB.
