The AMP20175 is a high-power, small form factor C-Band amplifier designed for EMI/RFI, lab, and HIRF/pulse applications.

Utilizing advanced Class A/AB GaN devices, it delivers 6 kW minimum peak pulse output across a 4–8 GHz operating range. Capable of handling pulses up to 150 µs with 10% duty cycle, the amplifier maintains <50 ns rise/fall times and <1 dB droop, ensuring high-fidelity waveform reproduction.

Featuring 68 dB gain, 4 dB flatness, and 20 dB adjustable gain, the AMP20175 includes robust protection against overload, with input power protection, load VSWR foldback, and optional calibrated power monitoring. TTL-controlled output on/off and optional sample ports allow precise measurement and system integration. Harmonics and spurious signals are minimized to <–20 dBc and <–60 dBc respectively, supporting clean signal delivery in sensitive applications.

The amplifier supports 120/208 VAC three-phase WYE operation with power consumption up to 8 kW. Rugged and reliable, it operates in ambient temperatures from 0–50 °C (optionally –30 °C to +50 °C), relative humidity up to 95%, and altitudes up to 3,000 m, with MIL-spec shock and vibration compliance available. Built-in LCD and remote interfaces, including optional GPIB, allow flexible control and monitoring.

Optional configurations include taller rack integration (27U), forward/reflected RF sample ports, and extended temperature operation. High efficiency, advanced linear GaN devices, and comprehensive monitoring make the AMP20175 ideal for laboratory, test, and mission-critical high-peak pulse C-Band applications where performance, reliability, and durability are essential.
