18 - 40 GHz, 10 dBm Min Low Noise Amplifier: LNA3007-1 Datasheet

The LNA3007-1 is a Low Noise Amplifier featuring a Class A linear design, designed for K-Ka broadband linear applications. It operates within the frequency range of 18 to 40 GHz, providing a minimum output power of 10 dBm and a linear gain of at least 20 dB. With built-in protection circuits, it ensures high reliability and ruggedness. This coax solid-state amplifier is suitable for all single-channel modulation standards, offering a noise figure of maximum 5 dB.

It operates with a DC bias voltage of +15 VDC and a DC current of 240 mA. With input power protection up to +10 dBm and load VSWR protection, it guarantees safe operation under specified conditions.
