Faster Failure Detection Capabilities With R&S TS7124 RF Shielded Box And R&S CMW100 Test Set
Rohde & Schwarz has combined the R&S TS7124 RF shielded box and R&S CMW100 test set to offer a compact, flexible turnkey solution for quickly and reliably detecting antenna failures in production. This solution is designed to provide accurate measurements while reducing manufacturing line test time for all production test cases including calibration, verification, and functional tests.
The R&S TS7124 is the only shielded box that allows the placement and adjustment of multiple antennas inside the box, and offers shielding in excess of 80 dB at 6 GHz. The R&S CMW100 compliments the R&S TS7124 by testing up to eight RF ports, and connecting the ports to one of the multiple antennas to get extremely fast radiated power and sensitivity measurements. This correlation enables the detection of antenna failures in production quickly and precisely.
