Digital Oscilloscopes: R&S®RTB2000
The R&S®RTB2000 is a new digital oscilloscope operating within the 70 MHz to 300 MHz frequency range, and features a 10-bit ADC, 10 Msample standard memory, and a 10.1’ capacitive touchscreen. With smart operating concepts and an included logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, waveform, and pattern generator and digital voltmeter, this instrument is a perfect tool for university laboratories, troubleshooting embedded designs during development, and for production and service departments.
The R&S®RTB2000 oscilloscope offers the largest display (10.1”) with the highest resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels in its class. The 10-bit A/D converter yields up to a four-fold improvement, when compared to conventional converters, to obtain sharper waveforms with more signal details. The 10 Msample memory depth is available on each channel if all channels are active, therefore capturing significantly longer sequences for more analysis results.
